Klau Center Faculty Fellow Diane Desierto has co-edited a new volume of authoritative essays covering the practical, doctrinal, legal, and policy aspects of the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Charter. In addition to her editorial role, Desierto contributed several chapters. Entitled ASEAN Law and Regional Integration, the project represents five years of investigation and close collaboration with ASEAN, academics and policy practitioners, and will officially be launched at the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta and the Asian Development Bank in Manila in 2021.
The book was co-edited by David J. Cohen, Director of the Center for Human Rights and International Justice at Stanford University, and published by Routledge.
