Building an Anti-Racist Vocabulary

Join the Klau Institute for Civil and Human Rights as Vincent Rougeau explores how Catholic institutions navigate issues of race. Rougeau is president of the College of Holy Cross. A nationally respected expert in legal education and Catholic social thought, Rougeau has written extensively on law and religions with a particular focus on Catholic social teaching and the law. He is the author of Christians in the American Empire: Faith and Citizenship in the New World Order and serves as senior fellow at the Centre for Theology and Community in London.

Building an Anti-Racist Vocabulary is a weekly lecture series presenting preeminent scholars, thought leaders, and public intellectuals to guide our community through topics necessary to a deeper understanding of systemic racism and racial justice.

Lectures are available to the Notre Dame community via Zoom. Registration with a valid nd.edu or alumni.nd.edu is required.
