Designed to engage the subject of torture from various perspectives, the event attracted wide attention from both student and faculty communities and provoked much thoughtful discussion. The student-run Observer covered the event; that story, including many of the diverse opinions voiced during the evening, can be found here.

Co-sponsored by The Center for Social Concerns, Human Rights ND, the Kellogg Institute for International Studies, the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, and Notre Dame Student Government.
