CCHR graduate assesses environmental impact for indigenous peoples

Rodrigo Costa Sales, LL.M. ’14, is a legal advisor to the Interamerican Association for Environmental Defense (AIDA) in his native Brazil, which helps communities affected by environmental degradation. He recently visited the indigenous Munduruku tribe living in the Tapajos River Basin, an area targeted for hydroelectric dam construction, to assess the impact that this development would have on the life of the village.
