Free and open to the public, the goal of this conference is to deepen the conversation about affordable housing, particularly seen through the lens of "Housing First" as a human right in service of the common good.
Including a welcome by South Bend Mayor James Mueller, the conference will address issues such as:
- The “Housing First” Approach: Supportive Housing and the Community Housing Ecosystem
- Low-barrier Shelter: Best Practices
- After the Shelter: Permanent Supportive Housing and Other Options
- Housing First and a Holistic Approach to Health and Human Dignity
