Conference: The Housing Continuum of Care: Enhancing Low-barrier Shelter and Supportive Housing Options

Free and open to the public, the goal of this conference is to deepen the conversation about affordable housing, particularly seen through the lens of "Housing First" as a human right in service of the common good.

Including a welcome by South Bend Mayor James Mueller, the conference will address issues such as:

  • The “Housing First” Approach: Supportive Housing and the Community Housing Ecosystem
  • Low-barrier Shelter: Best Practices
  • After the Shelter: Permanent Supportive Housing and Other Options
  • Housing First and a Holistic Approach to Health and Human Dignity
