Terrence Rogers (B.A. ’79, B.S. ’79, LL.M. ’11), alumnus of the Center’s LL.M. program in international human rights law, will present a historical lecture on federal civil rights law. His presentation will draw on his own research as well as the experiences of his father, who investigated civil rights cases in the late 1950’s as an FBI agent.
